Responsibilities:

2. Evaluate and document patient conditions and progress.
3. Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other members of the healthcare team.
4. Develop patient care plans and provide patient education.
5. Monitor and adjust dialysis treatments for individual patients.
6. Follow professional standards and comply with relevant regulations.
7. Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress.
8. Respond appropriately to medical emergencies.
9. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met.
10. Participate in continuing education and staff development activities.
