Dialysis Registered Nurse

Ernest Health is seeking an experienced Dialysis Registered Nurse to deliver life-sustaining treatments to our patients with chronic kidney failure. Responsibilities:

1. Administer life-sustaining treatments to patients with chronic kidney failure.
2. Monitor patient’s progress and provide necessary interventions when needed.
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families.
4. Educate patients and their families on dialysis treatments and procedures.
5. Develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
6. Keep accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatments.
7. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patient care.
8. Stay up to date on the latest technology and treatments for dialysis.
9. Remain compliant with all relevant regulations and policies.
10. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
