Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain relationships with clinical professionals, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
  2. Provide support and assistance to clinical staff to ensure high quality healthcare and exceptional patient experiences.
  3. Facilitate communication between clinical staff and other healthcare providers.
  4. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Ernest Health services and products.
  5. Analyze patient data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
  6. Participate in meetings, conferences, and other events to stay informed of changes in the healthcare industry.
  7. Create and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  9. Work with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  10. Monitor patient outcomes to assess the effectiveness of care plans.
