  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for nursing services, in alignment with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
  2. Oversee and provide leadership to the nursing team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources, support, and training to provide high-quality patient care.
  3. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting open communication, teamwork, and professional growth opportunities for nursing staff.
  4. Develop and maintain policies and procedures that comply with regulatory standards and promote safe and effective nursing practices.
  5. Monitor and evaluate nursing performance and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate measures to ensure quality care delivery.
  6. Collaborate with other members of the executive team to develop and maintain a culture of excellence and accountability throughout the organization.
  7. Serve as a liaison between nursing staff and other departments, fostering effective communication and cooperation to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
  8. Develop and manage the nursing budget, ensuring efficient and cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high standards of care.
  9. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in nursing practices, incorporating new techniques and technologies into the organization as appropriate.
  10. Represent the organization in professional and community events, promoting our mission and values and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Current And Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Employment

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Or Master's Degree In Nursing (Msn)

  • At Least 5 Years Of Progressive Nursing Leadership Experience, Preferably In An Acute Care Hospital Or Rehabilitation Setting

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Accreditation Standards, Such As The Joint Commission And Cms

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With A Multidisciplinary Team And External Stakeholders.
