Job Description

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Ernest Health is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our facility and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.   1. Provide administrative support to the facility, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Maintain and organize records, documents, and other important information.
  3. Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  4. Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
  5. Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  7. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and confidentiality.
  8. Act as a point of contact between the facility and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and visitors.
  9. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.
  10. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  11. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  12. Communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of staff, management, and external contacts.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Attend meetings and take minutes as needed.
  15. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications
