
Tower Crew Manager
Be accountable for the delivery and have detailed knowledge of technical standards for installing telecommunication equipment. Have the ability to communicate daily, be the onsite leader, and decision-maker on all issues falling under and outside the scope of work. Have strong administrative skills including but not limited to scheduling, closeout validations, and form validation. Maintain project timelines, forecasting, and sequencing of work, auditing the construction upon completion, approving completions or declining the construction as incomplete, ensuring that construction decisions will come within the budget of the job/site. Be proficient in reading blueprints and structural analysis, mount analysis, and interpreting mount modification designs.
Experience as the first point of contact concerning construction for crews and customers.
Previous experience coordinating and providing governance of build costs with management.
A deep understanding of site acquisition, zoning, permitting, landlord negotiations, leasing laws, jurisdictional requirements
