Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct rigorous testing and analysis of cutting-edge technology products and solutions to ensure quality and reliability.
  2. Develop and execute test plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other test engineers.
  3. Identify and troubleshoot issues and bugs, and work with development teams to provide timely resolutions.
  4. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of products and solutions, and provide valuable insights for improvements.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology, and incorporate them into testing processes.
  6. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth integration of new features and updates into existing products.
  7. Document and report test results, and provide recommendations for product enhancements.
  8. Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability of products.
  9. Contribute to the development and maintenance of testing tools and frameworks.
  10. Mentor and support junior test engineers, and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
  11. Adhere to established testing procedures and standards, and continuously look for ways to streamline and improve testing processes.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on product features and functionalities, and provide technical support to other teams within the organization.
  13. Collaborate with customer support teams to reproduce and troubleshoot customer-reported issues.
  14. Proactively identify potential risks and escalate them to the appropriate teams for resolution.
  15. Adhere to project timelines and deliverables, and communicate any potential delays or roadblocks to project managers.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, Or C++.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Software Testing, Preferably In A Telecommunications Or Networking Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Test Methodologies And Tools, Including Automation Frameworks.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Issues And Provide Detailed Reports.
