Telecom Tower Manager

Manage financials and site preparation and documentation process. Provides oversight and management of field personnel on all assigned construction projects. Ensures and implement safety standards as well as all company policies. Coordinate’s crew daily construction schedules. Acts as a liaison to project management for coordinating of build of material. Review scoop of work to determine level of effort and review the need of materials. Works with Construction Manager to develop detailed coordination, review and approve all documentation (including but not limited to) construction reports, grounding reports and as-builts. Ensures permitting, inspections and code compliance are completed as needed for each assigned project. We are looking for a Telecom Tower Crew Manager who has a leading, coordinating and supporting role regarding technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization.
