  1. Assist with the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
  2. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to enhance our recruitment processes.
  3. Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to identify and source top candidates for various positions.
  4. Assist with the management of job postings and candidate tracking systems.
  5. Screen and review resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  6. Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with candidates.
  7. Assist with the coordination of recruitment events and career fairs.
  8. Create and maintain job descriptions and job postings.
  9. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
  10. Attend team meetings and provide creative ideas for improving our talent acquisition processes.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  12. Complete other duties and projects as assigned by the talent acquisition team.
