  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for Ericsson's organization.
  2. Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  3. Conduct thorough and efficient screening and assessment processes to identify the most suitable candidates for open positions.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the role.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  6. Utilize a variety of recruitment tools and techniques to continuously improve and streamline the recruitment process.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to stay competitive in the talent market.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador for Ericsson, promoting our company culture and values to potential candidates.
  9. Manage and track candidate data and progress using our applicant tracking system.
  10. Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote Ericsson's career opportunities and attract top talent.
  11. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  12. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to management.
  13. Continuously develop and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  14. Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and make recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruitment, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies, Techniques, And Tools, Including Social Media And Applicant Tracking Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Hiring Managers And Candidates.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Sourcing And Attracting Top Talent, As Well As Managing The Full Recruitment Cycle.
