- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the Kanban system and its implementation in the assembly process.
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.

- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in surface mount assembly technology to continuously improve processes and techniques.
Extensive Experience In Surface Mount Assembly (Sma) Processes And Equipment, Including Pick And Place Machines, Reflow Ovens, And Solder Paste Printing Machines.
Proficiency In Programming And Troubleshooting Sma Equipment, As Well As Experience With Quality Control And Inspection Procedures.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Lead A Team Of Sma Technicians, Ensuring Efficient Use Of Resources And Meeting Production Targets.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Kanban Principles And Experience Implementing And Managing A Kanban System In A Manufacturing Environment.
Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Identify And Implement Process Improvements For Increased Efficiency And Quality In Sma Operations.
