  1. Provide technical support to customers regarding our energy and network management products and services.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of our products.
  4. Conduct regular maintenance and updates of our energy and network management systems to ensure optimal functionality.
  5. Proactively identify and address potential issues or improvements in our products to enhance customer experience.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in energy and network management to continuously improve our products and services.
  8. Provide training and support to internal teams and customers on how to effectively utilize our products.
  9. Document and report all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions for future reference and improvement.
  10. Collaborate with product development teams to provide insights and feedback from customer interactions for the improvement of our products.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience In Telecommunication Network Management Systems.

  • Experience Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues Related To Network Management Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Colleagues.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment, Handling Multiple Tasks And Priorities Simultaneously.
