Job Description

Manage project requirements, assignments, and implementation, working closely with and guiding the customer units to support key accounts. Assess and prioritize market trends and customer requirements, define differentiating product offerings and innovative solutions, and represent the complete portfolio in the region. Lead and empower a small team to increase profitability and exceed market expectations. Work closely with both local and globally distributed team, while also interacting closely with customers. Influence and drive projects and push continuous improvements. Promote and own the relevant regional portfolio, ensure its profitability, and drive competence build-up and business readiness. Collaborate with sales organization to analyze and identify new business opportunities.

Job Qualifications

  • 7 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the telecommunications industry.

  • 1 year of experience in business case calculations, product life-cyclemanagement, roadmap, and portfolio strategy planning.

  • 4 years of experience in Radio Frequency (RF) design principles and technologies
