- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR partners, and external talent sources.
- Identify and understand talent needs within the organization and develop proactive solutions to address them.
- Collaborate with HR partners to develop and implement retention strategies to ensure the continued engagement and growth of our employees.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and management.
- Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with the Learning and Development team to create and deliver impactful development programs for employees at all levels.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Ericsson, promoting our culture, values, and opportunities to potential candidates.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing talent processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and coach junior members of the talent team.
- Represent Ericsson at industry events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and drive a consistent talent strategy across the organization.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Hr, Preferably In A Global Technology Company.
Extensive Knowledge Of Recruitment Strategies, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Candidate Assessment.
Strong Understanding Of The Telecommunications Industry And Its Talent Landscape.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing Relationships With Internal Stakeholders And External Partners.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Influence And Negotiate Effectively At All Levels Of The Organization.
