  6. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  7. Proactively identify and address potential HR issues and concerns to ensure a positive work environment.
  8. Stay up-to-date on HR laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives.
  10. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes and practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Business Partnering And Employee Relations.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Business And Cultural Dynamics, With Experience Working In A Multinational Organization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Partnering With Senior Leaders To Develop And Implement Hr Strategies That Support Business Goals.
