- Provide technical support for the SPG tool, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration and functioning of the SPG tool within our network operations.
- Monitor the performance of the SPG tool and proactively identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- Conduct regular audits and updates to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data within the SPG tool.
- Train and onboard new team members on the use and maintenance of the SPG tool.
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations related to the SPG tool.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and advancements in the telecommunications field to provide innovative solutions and enhancements to the SPG tool.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of necessary components and updates for the SPG tool.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the SPG tool to ensure consistency and efficiency in its usage.
- Regularly report on the performance and usage of the SPG tool to management, highlighting any potential areas for improvement or issues that need to be addressed.
Technical Knowledge And Experience In Using Ericsson's Service Provider Gateway (Spg) Tool, Including Installation, Configuration, And Troubleshooting.
Strong Understanding Of Network Protocols And Technologies, Such As Tcp/Ip, Dns, Dhcp, Mpls, And Routing Protocols.
Experience In Providing Operational Support For Complex Network Environments, Preferably In A Service Provider Or Telecommunications Industry.
Ability To Analyze And Troubleshoot Network Issues Using Various Tools And Techniques, And Provide Timely Resolutions.
Excellent Communication Skills And Customer Service Orientation, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Handle Escalations Effectively.
