Sourcing Tools Manager
As a product owner for one or more of the sourcing tools, you will maintain their business roadmap and develop a key user network. Be responsible for continuous improvements for the tools in scope. That includes prioritizing demand for IT, sign-off solution design and build, and driving business implementation. Supervise operational performance and business support securing outstanding service levels. Build and develop functional area expertise, and drive adoption and behavior through training and change management. Analyze emerging trends and continuously assess new technologies and automation opportunities.
Proven experience in Strategic Sourcing, digital transformation, or product management.
Experience applying management and continuous improvement tools such as Agile, Lean and Six Sigma.
Ability to develop process flows based on input from various stakeholders.
Experience working in a global matrix organization preferred.
