  1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and company goals.
  2. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts and build strong relationships with them.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and anticipate sourcing needs.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and potential risks.
  5. Monitor and track supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sourcing activities and contracts.
  7. Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to inform sourcing decisions.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and support for sourcing initiatives.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as ethical and legal standards, in all sourcing activities.
  11. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sourcing activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
  12. Participate in supplier performance reviews and provide feedback to improve supplier relationships.
  13. Mentor and train junior sourcing team members, as needed.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in sourcing processes and strategies.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Knowledge Of Sourcing Strategies: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Sourcing Strategies And Best Practices In Procurement And Supply Chain Management. They Should Be Able To Develop And Implement Effective Sourcing Plans And Negotiate Favorable Terms With Suppliers.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Sourcing Business Partner, The Candidate Will Be Required To Collaborate With Various Internal Teams, Including Engineering, Finance, And Legal. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential To Effectively Manage Relationships And Drive Cross-Functional Projects.

  • Analytical And Data-Driven Mindset: This Role Requires A Candidate Who Can Analyze Complex Data Sets And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Optimize Sourcing Processes And Improve Supplier Performance. Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools And Techniques Is A Must-Have Skill For This Position.

  • Experience In Supplier Relationship Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Managing Supplier Relationships And Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives With Key Suppliers. They Should Also Have A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Maintaining Strong Partnerships With Suppliers.

  • Industry Knowledge And Experience: Ericsson Operates In The Technology And Telecommunications Industry, And The Sourcing Business Partner Will Be Expected To Have A Good Understanding Of This Industry And Its Market Dynamics. Previous Experience Working In A Similar Industry Or With Similar Products And Services Will Be Highly Beneficial.
