- Develop innovative and comprehensive solutions for our customers using IMS technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet customer needs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IMS technology and incorporate them into our solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and provide technical guidance and expertise to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations for new technologies and solutions that can enhance our offerings.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions, including design documents, diagrams, and specifications.
- Participate in customer meetings and presentations to demonstrate the value and capabilities of our solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert for IMS technology and provide guidance and support to other team members.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop proposals and present solutions to potential clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues related to project delivery.
- Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Continuously improve and optimize our solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Solution Architecture, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Experience In Ims (Ip Multimedia Subsystem) Networks And Technologies, Such As Sip, Volte, Vowifi, And Voip.
Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Complex Solutions For Large-Scale Telecom Networks.
Excellent Communication, Presentation, And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Clients And Technical Teams To Understand And Address Their Needs.
