- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and technical support to identify, prioritize, and resolve software defects.
- Conduct thorough and comprehensive testing to identify and report any potential issues or bugs in the software.
- Utilize a variety of testing techniques, tools, and methodologies to ensure maximum test coverage and accuracy.
- Work closely with developers to understand the technical aspects of the software and provide input on potential areas for improvement.
- Continuously monitor and analyze test results to identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations for improvements to enhance the overall quality of the software.
- Participate in design and code reviews to ensure that all code changes meet quality standards.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new testing tools and techniques to continuously improve the testing process.
- Provide timely and accurate status reports on testing progress and any identified issues or risks.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of testing infrastructure and processes to support the testing efforts.
- Contribute to the overall quality assurance strategy and help drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In Computer Science Is Essential For A Software Qa Engineer Role At Ericsson. This Knowledge Will Provide A Solid Foundation For Understanding Software Development Processes And Identifying Potential Issues.
Experience In Software Testing: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Software Testing, Preferably In A Similar Industry Or Role.
