  • Provide support and guidance to other team members as needed

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Service Monitoring And Management In A Telecommunications Or Network Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Service Monitoring Tools And Platforms Such As Solarwinds, Nagios, Or Zabbix.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Resolve Service Issues Quickly And Efficiently.

  • Experience With Scripting And Automation Tools For Service Monitoring And Reporting, Such As Python, Perl, Or Bash.
