  • Extensive Technical Expertise: A Senior Tech Lead At Ericsson Should Possess A Deep Understanding And Experience In A Range Of Technologies, Including Software Development, Networking, Cloud Computing, And Mobile Technologies. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Industry Best Practices And Emerging Trends.

  • Leadership Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Team, The Tech Lead Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Guide Team Members, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Make Strategic Decisions. They Should Also Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
