- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization's data and assets.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
- Monitor and analyze security incidents and respond promptly to mitigate any potential risks.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies to ensure the organization's security measures are up to industry standards.
- Lead and manage a team of security professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement security controls and measures across the organization.
- Conduct regular training and awareness programs for employees to promote a strong security culture.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on security threats, incidents, and mitigation efforts.
- Work with external vendors and partners to assess and improve the organization's security posture.
- Continuously review and improve security processes and procedures to enhance the organization's overall security posture.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Information Security Management Or Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices In Security Management, Such As Iso 27001 And Nist.
Extensive Experience With Network And System Security, Including Firewalls, Vpns, Intrusion Detection And Prevention Systems, And Vulnerability Management.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Security Concepts To Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Security, Or A Related Field. Certifications Such As Cissp Or Cism Are Preferred.
