Senior Engineer-OSS/ENM

- Design and develop OSS/ENM systems in line with industry best practices and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of new features and functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to OSS/ENM systems.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance system performance and efficiency.
- Conduct regular system audits and provide timely reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Ericsson technology and industry trends to continuously improve system design and functionality.
- Mentor and train junior engineers on OSS/ENM systems and related technologies.
- Participate in project planning and provide accurate time and resource estimates.
- Work closely with network operations teams to ensure seamless integration of OSS/ENM systems with the network.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to evaluate new products and technologies.
- Drive innovation and contribute to the development of new products and services.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on system status and progress.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and deliver high-quality work within specified timeframes.
- Continuously monitor and improve system performance to meet or exceed service level agreements.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Oss And Enm Systems Design, Implementation, And Integration.
Strong Understanding Of Telecommunications Protocols And Technologies Such As Ip, Tcp/Ip, Mpls, And Ethernet.
Experience In Leading And Managing Large-Scale Oss/Enm Projects, Including Budgeting, Resource Allocation, And Timeline Management.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.
