  5. Take ownership of project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in ASIC design, incorporating new techniques and methodologies into projects.
  7. Work closely with product managers to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective IP designs.
  8. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of IP designs to ensure functionality and performance.
  9. Identify and address any technical challenges or roadblocks in a timely and efficient manner.
  10. Continuously improve and optimize IP designs to meet performance, power, and area targets.
  11. Adhere to company design standards and processes, ensuring high-quality and consistent deliverables.
  12. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  13. Communicate project status, progress, and any issues to management and team members.
  14. Act as a technical expert and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  15. Maintain a positive and collaborative team dynamic, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Experience In Asic Design: A Senior Asic Ip Designer At Ericsson Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Asic Design, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering High-Quality Ip Designs.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Protocols: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Industry Standards And Protocols Such As Pcie, Ddr, Ethernet, And Mipi, And Should Be Able To Implement Them In Complex Asic Designs.

  • Proficiency In Rtl Design And Verification: The Candidate Should Have Extensive Experience In Rtl Design And Verification Using Industry-Standard Tools And Methodologies. They Should Also Have A Solid Understanding Of Asic Design Flows And Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Design Issues Efficiently.

  • Expertise In Design Verification And Validation: A Senior Asic Ip Designer Should Have Hands-On Experience In Verifying And Validating Complex Asic Designs Through Simulation, Formal Verification, And Emulation. They Should Also Possess Knowledge Of Coverage-Driven Verification Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Team, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills. They Should Be Able To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams, Mentor Junior Team Members, And Provide Technical Guidance To Other Team Members When Needed.
