Strong Experience In Asic Design: A Senior Asic Ip Designer At Ericsson Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Asic Design, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering High-Quality Ip Designs.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Protocols: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Industry Standards And Protocols Such As Pcie, Ddr, Ethernet, And Mipi, And Should Be Able To Implement Them In Complex Asic Designs.
Proficiency In Rtl Design And Verification: The Candidate Should Have Extensive Experience In Rtl Design And Verification Using Industry-Standard Tools And Methodologies. They Should Also Have A Solid Understanding Of Asic Design Flows And Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Design Issues Efficiently.
Expertise In Design Verification And Validation: A Senior Asic Ip Designer Should Have Hands-On Experience In Verifying And Validating Complex Asic Designs Through Simulation, Formal Verification, And Emulation. They Should Also Possess Knowledge Of Coverage-Driven Verification Methodologies.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Team, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills.
