  7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of resources.
  8. Monitor resource budgets and expenses, and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
  9. Provide guidance and support to team members on resource management processes and procedures.
  10. Foster a collaborative work environment by promoting effective communication and teamwork among team members.
  11. Train and mentor team members on resource management best practices.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and advancements in resource management techniques.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and optimize resource management processes.
  14. Act as a liaison between department managers and senior management to provide updates on resource utilization and allocation.
  15. Demonstrate strong leadership skills by motivating and guiding team members to achieve departmental and company goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Project Management: A Resource Lead At Ericsson Should Have A Strong Background In Project Management, Including Planning, Execution, Monitoring, And Reporting. This Includes Experience In Overseeing Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Ensuring Their Successful Completion Within Timelines And Budget.

  • Proficiency In Resource Allocation And Optimization: The Ideal Candidate For A Resource Lead Role At Ericsson Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Resource Planning And Allocation. This Includes Effectively Identifying The Resources Needed For Each Project, Optimizing Their Utilization, And Ensuring Their Availability When Required.

  • Strong Leadership And Interpersonal Skills: As A Resource Lead, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills To Manage A Team Of Resources Effectively. This Includes The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Team Members, Delegate Tasks, And Resolve Conflicts. Moreover, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Interpersonal Skills To Communicate Effectively With Team Members, Stakeholders, And Clients.
