  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy for Ericsson's real estate portfolio, aligned with the company's overall sustainability goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct regular assessments of existing real estate practices and identify opportunities for improvement to drive greater sustainability.
  3. Collaborate with various internal teams, including real estate, construction, and facilities management, to integrate sustainability principles into all aspects of real estate operations.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to sustainable real estate practices and incorporate them into Ericsson's strategy.
  5. Communicate and promote the importance of sustainability to the organization, building a culture of sustainability awareness and responsibility.
  6. Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics, tracking progress towards goals and identifying areas for improvement.
  7. Identify and implement cost-saving measures through sustainable real estate practices, such as energy efficiency and waste reduction initiatives.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and industry partners, to promote sustainability initiatives and partnerships.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to effectively communicate Ericsson's sustainability efforts to internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Lead and facilitate sustainability training and workshops for employees to increase awareness and understanding of sustainability principles and practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Sustainability, Environmental Science, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Real Estate Sustainability Or Environmental Management.

  • Knowledge Of Sustainable Building Practices, Green Certifications, And Energy Efficiency Standards.

  • Familiarity With Relevant Regulations And Industry Standards Related To Sustainable Real Estate Development.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Implement Sustainability Initiatives Across Multiple Real Estate Projects.
