As a key member of our real estate team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, optimizing operations, and developing strategic partnerships across the region.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and optimize operations for real estate in the Americas region.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and clients.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market, including potential partnerships and investments.
  4. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the real estate industry.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of real estate strategies with overall business objectives.
  6. Manage and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
  7. Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success and effectiveness of real estate initiatives.
  8. Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and trends to inform and guide decision-making and strategy.
  9. Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  10. Represent Ericsson at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the company's real estate initiatives and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In The Real Estate Industry: A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Real Estate, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Deals And Partnerships.

  • Strong Network And Market Knowledge: In-Depth Understanding Of The Real Estate Market In The Americas, Including Key Players, Trends, And Potential Opportunities.

  • Business Acumen: Proven Ability To Develop And Execute Strategic Plans, Identify Potential Risks And Opportunities, And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Achieve Business Goals.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Landlords, Investors, And Local Authorities. Strong Negotiation Skills To Secure Favorable Deals And Partnerships.

  • Project Management Experience: Demonstrated Experience In Managing Real Estate Projects From Start To Finish, Including Site Selection, Due Diligence, Lease Negotiations, And Construction Management. Pmp Certification Is A Plus.
