- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and optimize operations for real estate in the Americas region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market, including potential partnerships and investments.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the real estate industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of real estate strategies with overall business objectives.
- Manage and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success and effectiveness of real estate initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and trends to inform and guide decision-making and strategy.
- Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Represent Ericsson at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the company's real estate initiatives and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Extensive Experience In The Real Estate Industry: A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Real Estate, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Deals And Partnerships.
Strong Network And Market Knowledge: In-Depth Understanding Of The Real Estate Market In The Americas, Including Key Players, Trends, And Potential Opportunities.
Business Acumen: Proven Ability To Develop And Execute Strategic Plans, Identify Potential Risks And Opportunities, And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Achieve Business Goals.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Landlords, Investors, And Local Authorities. Strong Negotiation Skills To Secure Favorable Deals And Partnerships.
Project Management Experience: Demonstrated Experience In Managing Real Estate Projects From Start To Finish, Including Site Selection, Due Diligence, Lease Negotiations, And Construction Management. Pmp Certification Is A Plus.
