Job Description

As Solutions Integration Manager of Cloud Radio Access Network (RAN) solutions in Market Area North America, you will be responsible for one of the most exciting parts of Ericsson business solution (Cloud RAN) in one of the leading market areas globally. Create System Architecture and Solutions Design, HLD (High level design) and LLD (low level Design Documents, use cases, call flows, and logic scripts). CI/CD knowledge is a plus. Assist with detailed Statements of Work (SOW’s), Methods of Procedures (MOP’s), project plans and schedules of activities. Assist in the sales cycle to understand size and scope and customer requirements for complex solutions implementation of Cloud RAN including capacity analysis, database sizing requirements, special feature implementation, automation, AI/ML, etc. Perform operational test plan, onsite/remote troubleshooting of issues reported during the solutions integration cycle.

Job Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge of 3GPP LTE and 5G technology, product portfolio (hardware and software) as well as industry trends and initiatives.

  • Basic Cloud RAN evolution experience from sales/solutions in the industry ideally with 5G network transformation is a plus.

  • CCNP or equivalent IP networking and cloud (Azure/AWS) certification preferred

  • 10+ years of experience in telecommunication infrastructure industry, of which 3-5 years in the field of Cloud Native (Public/Private Cloud)
