  1. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and develop sourcing strategies.
  4. Perform vendor evaluations and make recommendations for selection based on quality and cost.
  5. Monitor and track purchase orders, invoices, and contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Continuously monitor market trends and changes in pricing to inform purchasing decisions.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing records and documentation.

  9. Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve procurement processes and drive efficiency.
  10. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to procurement.
  11. Communicate effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and management to ensure smooth procurement operations.
  12. Contribute to the overall cost reduction and cost control efforts of the company.
  13. Participate in supplier performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve supplier relationships.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost savings in the procurement process.
  15. Adhere to ethical and sustainable sourcing practices in line with the company's values and policies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Purchasing, Preferably In The Telecommunications Or Technology Industry.

  • Strong Negotiation And Contract Management Skills.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities.

  • Familiarity With Sap Or Other Procurement Software Systems.
