  1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive innovation and deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients.
  2. Provide expert guidance and support to clients on Business Operations Support (BOS) and telecom industry trends.
  3. Analyze and stay updated on market trends and competition in the telecom industry.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute BOS solutions that meet client needs.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader in BOS, providing insights and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring the successful delivery of solutions and services.
  7. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand the company's BOS offerings.
  8. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and their potential application in the telecom industry.
  9. Mentor and train junior team members on BOS solutions and industry best practices.
  10. Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  11. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for promoting BOS solutions.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  13. Stay compliant with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  14. Continuously assess and improve BOS processes and procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company through your expertise and leadership in BOS.
