Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Performance Management, Preferably In A Multinational Corporation.

  • Strong Understanding Of Performance Management Processes And Best Practices, Including Goal Setting, Performance Appraisal, And Development Planning.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Performance Management Initiatives And Driving Performance Improvement Within A Team Or Organization.
