Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Performance Management, Preferably In A Multinational Corporation.
Strong Understanding Of Performance Management Processes And Best Practices, Including Goal Setting, Performance Appraisal, And Development Planning.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Performance Management Initiatives And Driving Performance Improvement Within A Team Or Organization.
