Job Description

Be able to work with an Agile mindset and coach team members and business in Lean and Agile ways of working. Lead the design and implementation of improvement initiatives or events for processes that have a cross-functional impact to eliminate waste, reduce cycle time, and improve business performance while establishing a balanced model for continuous improvement. Support strategic projects and Kaizen events in alignment with Supply Americas strategic deployment plan. Using robust change leadership skills, the incumbent will communicate across the organization to ensure key partners are aware and supportive of changes and their benefits, at all levels of the organization and locations as required. Be a problem-solver for our customers – if you don’t know the answer, you find one via internal team networking.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Lean/Six Sigma role preferably in Supply Chain Management

  • Supply Chain & Supply Process Knowledge is a plus

  • Able to build a sense of trust and rapport which creates a comfortable and effective workplace
