  1. Develop and Maintain Positive Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders to foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and excellence.
  2. Drive Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: Collaborate with leaders and teams to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives that align with the company's values and goals.
  3. Support Employee Development: Coach and mentor employees to help them reach their full potential and support their growth within the company.
  4. Recruitment and Onboarding: Work with the recruitment team to attract top talent and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  5. Performance Management: Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
  6. Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  7. Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  8. HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company values and best practices.
  9. Communication and Training: Communicate with employees and managers on HR-related matters and provide training on HR policies and procedures as needed.
  10. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze HR data and trends to identify areas for improvement and provide reports to management as needed.
  11. Collaborate with Global HR Team: Work closely with the global HR team to share best practices and ensure a consistent approach to HR processes.
  12. Stay Up-to-date with HR Trends: Continuously stay informed about HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
  13. Represent Ericsson: Serve as a brand ambassador for Ericsson and represent the company at job fairs, conferences, and other events as needed.
  14. Adhere to Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.

Job Qualifications
  • Degree In Human Resources Management Or A Related Field: A People Specialist At Ericsson Should Have A Strong Academic Background In Human Resources Management Or A Related Field To Understand The Principles And Practices Of Managing Employees Effectively.

  • Experience In Recruitment And Talent Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Recruitment And Talent Management. This Includes Sourcing, Screening, And Selecting Candidates As Well As Developing And Implementing Talent Management Strategies.

  • Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills: As A People Specialist, You Will Be Interacting With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization, So Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills Are Essential. This Includes The Ability To Build Relationships, Listen Effectively, And Provide Guidance And Support To Employees.

  • Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations: Ericsson Operates In Various Countries, And The People Specialist Should Have A Good Understanding Of Local Employment Laws And Regulations To Ensure Compliance With Company Policies And Procedures.

  • Change Management And Organizational Development Experience: In Today's Fast-Paced Business Environment, Organizations Are Constantly Evolving, And The People Specialist Should Have Experience In Change Management And Organizational Development To Support The Company's Growth And Development Initiatives. This Includes Designing And Implementing Training Programs, Managing Employee Engagement, And Implementing Organizational Change Initiatives.
