  1. Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving orders to ensuring on-time delivery to customers.
  2. Manage and lead a team to achieve delivery targets and maintain exceptional service standards.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, including order entry, invoicing, and shipping.
  5. Monitor and track order status and provide regular updates to customers and internal teams.
  6. Resolve any issues or delays in the order fulfillment process and implement corrective actions.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to streamline and improve the order fulfillment process.
  8. Maintain and update relevant databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date order information.
  9. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast and plan for future orders and demand.
  10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide guidance and coaching to team members.
  11. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for order and delivery processes.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in order management and logistics.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  14. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  15. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in order management and logistics.
