  1. Coordinate and manage the entire order process from initial order placement to final delivery.
  2. Communicate with customers to confirm order details and provide updates on delivery status.
  3. Collaborate with different departments within the company, such as sales, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and proactively communicate with relevant teams to avoid delays in delivery.
  5. Identify potential issues or delays in the order process and take necessary actions to resolve them.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all orders, deliveries, and customer communications.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order and delivery management.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any queries or concerns related to orders.
  9. Continuously analyze and improve the order and delivery process to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  10. Train and mentor new team members to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Supply Chain Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Order And Delivery Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry. This Experience Should Include Managing Customer Orders, Coordinating With Suppliers, And Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Products.

  • Knowledge Of Order Management Systems: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Order Management Systems And Processes. They Should Be Able To Use These Systems To Track Orders, Monitor Inventory Levels, And Generate Reports To Support Decision-Making.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As An Order And Delivery Manager, The Candidate Would Be Required To Collaborate With Various Teams, Including Sales, Logistics, And Customer Service. Therefore, Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are A Must.

  • Attention To Detail: Ericsson Products Are Highly Technical, And Any Errors In The Order And Delivery Process Could Have Significant Consequences. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Attention To Detail And The Ability To Identify And Rectify Any Discrepancies In Orders.

  • Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. They Should Be Able To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Deadlines, And Work Efficiently Under Pressure. Additionally, Knowledge Of Project Management Tools And Methodologies Would Be Beneficial.
