- Provide support to our customers by troubleshooting and resolving any operational issues or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and proactively address any potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate updates on the status of their requests.
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks to effectively meet deadlines and achieve operational goals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Continuously update and improve knowledge of company products and services to provide effective support.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and resolution of issues.
- Contribute to creating a positive and collaborative work environment by actively participating in team meetings and sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Proactively identify and report any potential risks or issues that may impact operations.
- Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Provide training and support to new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values and culture in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Take ownership of tasks and follow through to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of operational issues.
Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Networking Protocols, Such As Tcp/Ip, Snmp, And Dhcp.
Experience With Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Work Well In A Team, As Well As Independently.
