- Develop and implement total rewards programs that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Analyze current compensation and benefits trends and make recommendations for improvements to ensure competitive and fair compensation packages for employees.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to gather data and insights on employee needs and preferences to inform total rewards strategy.
- Design and administer employee surveys to gather feedback on compensation and benefits programs and make adjustments as needed.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Regularly review and update job descriptions and salary ranges to maintain market competitiveness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external compensation and benefits vendors to ensure high-quality and cost-effective programs.
- Communicate and educate employees on total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and other perks.
- Participate in salary surveys and benchmarking studies to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Evaluate and make recommendations for improving the employee experience related to compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with finance and budget teams to develop and manage the total rewards budget.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in total rewards to continuously improve the company's programs.
- Support the overall HR team with any compensation and benefits-related matters.
- Handle any employee inquiries or concerns related to compensation and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously evaluate and improve total rewards processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Compensation And Benefits Management.
Strong Understanding Of Current Industry Trends And Best Practices In Total Rewards.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Data.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Total Rewards Strategies And Initiatives To Attract And Retain Top Talent.
