Job Description

Assemble and test engineering prototype antennas, refining design, and manufacturing parameters. Run PIM (Passive Intermodulation) test equipment to solve and repair antenna prototypes. Learn from the industry's top antenna engineers and outstanding manufacturing processes in the world’s top production facilities. We assemble, test, and solve small cell and base station antennas for the telecom industry. We work on a team with Electrical, Mechanical, and Industrial Engineers as well as other Antenna Technicians to prototype and test antenna designs for 5G applications. We work with an outstanding antenna engineering team, collaborating on projects to launch the industry’s next generation of wireless antenna technology.

Job Qualifications

  • 6 years of related technician work experience

  • Strong motivation to learn and constantly improve processes and tools.

  • Skills and desire to operate basic tools and test equipment such as meters, scopes, and analyzers.

  • Excitement to perform antenna performance characterization, by conducting electrical tests such as VSWR, Isolation, near and far-field gain measurements
