- Lead and manage a team of Network Operations Center (NOC) technicians to provide 24/7 support for clients' networks.
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of clients' networks by effectively managing and resolving network issues and incidents.
- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the NOC.
- Ensure all network incidents are properly documented, tracked, and resolved within established service level agreements.
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex network problems.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation within the NOC.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
- Manage and report on the NOC's key performance indicators and metrics.
- Participate in on-call rotation and be available for after-hours support and escalations.
- Train and onboard new team members, providing them with the necessary knowledge and tools to succeed in their roles.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development within the team.
- Represent Ericsson as a global leader in telecommunications technology and services, promoting our brand and values to clients and stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Network Operations Center (Noc) Management Or Similar Role.
Expertise In Network And Server Monitoring Tools, Such As Solarwinds, Nagios, Or Zabbix.
Strong Understanding Of Network Protocols, Including Tcp/Ip, Bgp, And Ospf.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
