  1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the IT ADM domain.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to expand their business with Ericsson.
  4. Effectively communicate the value of Ericsson's solutions and services to potential and existing clients.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to anticipate potential customer needs and market changes.
  6. Collaborate with other sales team members and cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
  7. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.
  8. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  9. Represent Ericsson at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.
  10. Stay informed about our competitors and their sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  11. Train and mentor junior sales team members on best practices and industry knowledge.
  12. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
  13. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.
  15. Continuously develop and maintain a deep understanding of Ericsson's products, services, and industry trends.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Information Technology, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The It Industry With A Focus On Enterprise Solutions.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Sales Teams, With A Strong Understanding Of Sales Processes And Strategies.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In The Domain Of It Administration, Including Cloud Solutions, Virtualization, And Network Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Clients.
