1. Design and implement automated operations solutions for Managed Services (MS) customers.
2. Optimize existing automated processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve automated operations processes.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation tools and processes.
6. Develop and maintain documentation for automated processes and procedures.
7. Train and support team members on the use of automation tools and processes.
8. Monitor and analyze automated operations data to identify areas for improvement.
9. Work closely with MS customers to understand their needs and provide tailored automation solutions.
10. Ensure compliance with security and privacy regulations in all automated operations processes.
11. Participate in regular meetings and provide updates on the status of automated operations projects.
12. Proactively communicate with stakeholders to address any concerns or issues related to automated operations.
