- Develop and implement marketing strategies for the MNEA region to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends and opportunities in the MNEA telecommunications industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote Ericsson's solutions and services in the MNEA market.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers in the region to understand their needs and preferences.
- Monitor and analyze market and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets for the MNEA region, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Provide regular reports and insights on marketing initiatives and campaign performance to senior management.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing to continuously improve and innovate strategies.
- Represent Ericsson at industry events and conferences to promote our solutions and build brand awareness.
- Train and mentor junior marketing team members in the MNEA region.
- Ensure compliance with company branding and messaging guidelines in all marketing materials and activities.
- Work closely with product development teams to provide customer insights and feedback for new solution development.
- Contribute to the overall success of Ericsson by actively promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Solution Marketing, Preferably In A Multinational Technology Company.
Strong Understanding Of The Telecommunications Industry And Market Trends.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Marketing Strategies For Complex Solutions, With A Focus On Driving Revenue Growth.
