  1. Manage a diverse and complex caseload of litigation and disputes, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  2. Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to the organization on all aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
  3. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy and provide accurate and well-reasoned recommendations.
  4. Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external counsel to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
  5. Represent the company in court proceedings, negotiations, and other dispute resolution forums.
  6. Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and motions.
  7. Conduct risk assessments and provide proactive advice to mitigate potential legal risks.
  8. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments to ensure compliance and inform legal strategy.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and other relevant parties.
  11. Advocate for the company's interests while maintaining a professional and ethical approach.
  12. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the legal department.
  13. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to share knowledge, resources, and best practices.
  14. Represent the company's legal interests and values in a professional and positive manner.
  15. Continuously strive for excellence and contribute to the team's overall success and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Litigation And Disputes, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Civil Litigation Procedures And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.

  • Ability To Manage And Prioritize Multiple Cases And Deadlines Effectively.
