Job Description

Lead all requests from the Monitor Team in consultation with the Monitor’s Project Management Office and in accordance with established protocols that address e.g., security, data privacy/protection, attorney-client privilege, and other legal considerations. Advise Ericsson employees on all aspects of the monitorship and engagement with the Monitor Team and responding to Monitor requests. Prepare for and host Monitor visits globally. Participate in and document Monitor meetings and briefings. Review and assess Monitor work plans and reports. Support Ericsson’s ethics and compliance program strategy and implementation of the Monitor’s recommendations. Exercise exceptional discretion with highly sensitive and confidential legal and compliance matters.

Job Qualifications
  • 5+ years’ experience in a major US law firm in white collar criminal defense, regulatory enforcement, and financial crime compliance corporate law

  • Comfort addressing urgent ad hoc and emerging projects and issues in a dynamic environment

  • Ericsson experience (preferred)
