Extensive Experience In Devops Methodologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Devops Principles And Practices, With At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Implementing Them In A Production Environment.
Proficiency In Automation And Scripting: The Lead Devops Engineer Should Have A Strong Background In Automation And Scripting Languages Such As Bash, Python, And Ruby. They Should Be Able To Develop And Maintain Automated Processes For Deployment, Testing, And Monitoring.
Expertise In Cloud Technologies: Ericsson Is A Leading Provider Of Cloud Solutions, And The Lead Devops Engineer Should Have Extensive Experience In Working With Cloud Platforms Such As Aws, Azure, Or Gcp. They Should Be Able To Design And Implement Scalable And Resilient Cloud-Based Architectures.
Strong Knowledge Of Ci/Cd Tools: The Lead Devops Engineer Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Continuous Integration And Continuous Delivery (Ci/Cd) Practices And The Tools Used To Implement Them, Such As Jenkins, Gitlab, Or Circleci.
Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Lead Role, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Stakeholders, And Other Departments.
