We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as the Key Account Manager (KAM) and Head of Cluster for Wireless and Fixed Broadband, Satellite and Access (WSA) in South Africa. As the KAM and Head of Cluster, you will be responsible for driving business growth and managing key accounts in the WSA market. We are looking for someone with a strong background in sales and account management, as well as a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry. - Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth in the WSA market in South Africa.
- Manage and build relationships with key accounts in the WSA market, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions and offerings to meet customer needs.
- Create and deliver presentations to key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to showcase Ericsson's products and services.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the telecommunications industry and use this knowledge to drive business growth.
- Mentor and coach team members to ensure their continuous development and success.
- Represent Ericsson at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other KAMs and Head of Clusters to share best practices and drive overall business success.
Extensive Experience In Telecommunications Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In The Telecommunications Industry, With A Strong Understanding Of The Market And Its Dynamics. This Experience Should Also Include At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role.
Strong Business Development Skills: The Kam And Head Of Cluster Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Business Strategies, Identifying New Growth Opportunities, And Building Strong Relationships With Key Clients.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Requires Effective Communication And Collaboration With Various Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Clients, Team Members, And Senior Management. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Kam And Head Of Cluster Should Be Able To Think Strategically And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Drive Business Growth. They Should Also Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Address Any Challenges That May Arise.
Leadership And Team Management Experience: As A Leader, The Kam And Head Of Cluster Should Have Experience In Managing And Mentoring A Team Of Professionals, Promoting A Positive Work Culture, And Driving Performance And Results. This Includes The Ability To Motivate, Inspire, And Develop Team Members To Achieve Individual And Collective Goals.
