Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Technical Support, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Operating Systems, Networking, And Troubleshooting Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Explain Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Individuals.
