  1. Provide technical support to employees and clients by troubleshooting and resolving IT issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
  3. Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems to ensure smooth operation.
  4. Proactively identify and address potential IT issues before they become major problems.
  5. Create and maintain documentation for IT systems and procedures.
  6. Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies and upgrades.
  7. Train and support end-users on new systems and applications.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT security.
  9. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in IT to make recommendations for improvements.
  10. Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors to provide exceptional customer service.
  11. Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support when necessary.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and optimize IT processes.
  13. Adhere to company values and code of conduct in all interactions with colleagues and clients.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  15. Act as a mentor and resource for junior IT team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Technical Support, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Operating Systems, Networking, And Troubleshooting Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Explain Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Individuals.

  • Familiarity With Ericsson's Products And Services, As Well As Industry Standard It Systems And Tools.
