- Maintain and update incident management processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing regular updates and ensuring their satisfaction with the resolution of their issues.
- Monitor and analyze incident trends to proactively identify potential issues and address them before they escalate.
- Work closely with service delivery teams to ensure seamless integration of new services and updates.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex incidents and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Conduct regular incident reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Incident Management, Preferably In A Telecommunications Or Technology Industry
Strong Understanding Of Itil Framework And Incident Management Processes
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams
