- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned territory to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote and sell our inbuilding solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects, including technical teams, marketing, and customer support.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients and vendors to enhance the company's presence and market share in the assigned territory.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management, including recommendations for improvement.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our inbuilding solutions and expand our customer base.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all business dealings.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize processes and procedures to streamline the sales process and enhance customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
At Least 8 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing A Territory Or Region.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders.
